Refund policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase or received a defective product, please review the return and refund process below.


1. Return Eligibility

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

✔ Product received in damaged or defective condition
✔ Product received is different from what was ordered

We DO NOT accept returns for:

✘ Used products
✘ Returns requested after 48 hours
✘ Change of mind after delivery
✘ Incorrect orders placed by the customer (unless informed within 2 hours of placing the order)


2. How to Initiate a Return

You may raise a return request through:

Option 1:
Go to My Account → Order Details → Return

Option 2:
Email us at wecare@humussbeauty.com

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Arrange a pickup from your address

  • Send you a confirmation via SMS and email


3. Returns for Damaged / Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or wrong product:

You must email us at: wecare@humussbeauty.com

Please attach:

  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged product

  • Photo of the invoice

  • Mandatory unboxing video in case of damage, leakage, missing item, or incorrect product

This helps us verify and process your request smoothly.

Based on our review, we may offer:

✔ Replacement
✔ Coupon Code
✔ Store Credit


4. Return Pickup Conditions

Return pickup will NOT be accepted if:

  • Product is used

  • Packaging is missing

  • Invoice is missing

  • Seal is broken (unless the damage occurred before delivery)


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated only after:

  1. Returned product reaches our warehouse

  2. A quality inspection is completed

Refund processing time:

5–7 business days after product reaches our warehouse

Refund will be issued to:

  • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)

  • Wallet/store credit (if applicable)


6. Orders Placed Using Discount Codes

If you purchased using a promo code/discount:

Refund = Amount paid after discount, not the original product price.


7. Paytm or Special Offer Purchases

Offers cannot be clubbed.

If terms of the offer are violated:

  • Free gifts may be removed

  • Order may be canceled


8. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

Humuss Beauty is not responsible for:

  • Unpaid balance amounts not collected from the customer

  • Extra charges wrongfully collected by delivery agents

Always verify your invoice total before paying.


9. Order Cancellations (By Customer)

You may cancel your order only if:

  • You inform us within 2 hours of placing the order

  • The order has not been shipped yet

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
