At Humuss Beauty, we work hard to ensure your products reach you quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read the details below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
We dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours of receiving them.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a WhatsApp and Email confirmation.
You will receive another WhatsApp and Email notification once your order is shipped.
2. Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within:

3. Shipping Charges

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across most serviceable pin codes.
Please verify the invoice total before paying.
We are not liable for any unauthorized extra payment demanded by a delivery agent.
5. Failed / Unable to Deliver Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice.
If the order is still not delivered, it will be returned to our fulfillment center, and:

Prepaid orders will be refunded to your original payment method.

COD orders will not be reattempted; you may reorder again.
6. Damaged or Tampered Package at Delivery
If your package appears opened, tampered with, or visibly damaged, please:

Do NOT accept the delivery.

7. Order Tracking
You can track your order by visiting the “My Orders” section in your Humuss Beauty account.
A tracking link from our courier partner will be available for real-time updates.
8. Order Delays or Cancellations by Humuss Beauty
We may cancel an order if:

The product is out of stock

The item is damaged during QC

The address is unserviceable
In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
